Therapy gives you space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Talking to me about what is going on can help you feel supported and find a fresh way of looking at things. You can talk to me about whatever you like. It’s a very open process. I’m not going to give you “advice” or a quick fix. But I will help you to think through whatever is troubling you and to find ways of expressing your feelings.

I offer weekly therapy, and I work with people on a short term or long term basis. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week.

My standard fee is £95 per session. I offer some lower-cost sessions depending on individual circumstances and availability.

Working outdoors

Many people think of therapy as something that happens indoors, on chairs, or maybe lying on a couch. But therapy can also take place outside, amongst trees, animals and birds - and even on a city street. Walking and talking, exploring our surroundings, or finding a place to sit, can open up different possibilities compared with being in a therapy room. Some people find that walking side by side feels more comfortable than sitting face to face. And it’s possible to discover new sources of support and solace in our relationships with our natural surroundings. If working outside is something you’re interested in, we can talk more about it when we meet.
