Therapy is a place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed or really low, talking to someone about what is going on can help you find some breathing space and a fresh perspective. I'm not going to fix you. I'll work with you to try and figure out what's going on.
Life often gets difficult when we suppress things or feel like we have to be someone we’re not. Being open to all the different parts of ourselves can help us live more fulfilling lives. This can sometimes be a challenging process.
I work with individuals on a short term or long term basis. We can talk about what might be best for you when we meet for an introductory session.

I work in therapy rooms close to London Bridge and Clapham Junction.
We will meet at the same time every week. Sessions last 50 minutes. I currently have availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
I charge £60 per session. Introductory sessions cost £40.
