What is therapy?

Therapy gives you space to explore your thoughts and feelings. If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or low, talking to someone about what is going on can give you emotional support and help you to find a fresh perspective. You can talk to me about whatever you like. It’s a very open process. I’m not going to give you “advice” or a quick fix. But I will help you to think through whatever is troubling you and express your feelings. I will listen to you and support you, and sometimes I will challenge you too. 

I work with individuals on a short term or long term basis. We can talk about what might be best for you when we meet for an introductory session.


How often?

We will meet every week at the same time and place. Sessions start on the hour and last 50 minutes.


How much is it?

I charge £65 or £70 per session depending on whether it is a daytime or evening appointment. Introductory sessions cost £45.
